ZT Group Int’l, Inc. d/b/a ZT Systems seeks a Sr. Pricing Data Analyst in Secaucus, NJ.Duties: Collect, organize, and manipulate data from various sources to generate automated or systemic workflows. Build efficient tools and templates to support pricing process Upload, archive, and structure data in ZT warehouses (data lakes). Resolve issues relating to data discrepancies. Maintain records and files of costs and pricing. Perform data analysis, reports, presentations and prepare recommendations. Identify/recognize problems from various perspectives (cross-org) to understand implications and propose solutions. Map relevant business processes and support Data Transformation team in building automations and analytical tools.This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or related role.This role requires 2 years of experience with each of the following:• bulk data manipulation utilizing both Python (pandas or NumPy) and SQL-structured queries;• designing and presenting visualizations from various flat data sources using Tableau;• standard purchase order process and its impact across business KPIs and analytics;• Agile project management tools including Jira or Gitlab;• Excel including Macros, VBA, pivot tables, efficient cell referencing functions, and aggregation methodologies; and• Business critical thinking, short/long-term planning and business data analysis skills, such as analyzing historical data to aid business decisions and pricing strategies.Alternatively the business will accept a candidate with a Master’s degree in Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field plus any amount of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or related role.With a Master's degree, this role requires any amount of knowledge or experience with each of the following:• bulk data manipulation utilizing both Python (pandas or NumPy) and SQL-structured queries;• designing and presenting visualizations from various flat data sources using Tableau;• standard purchase order process and its impact across business KPIs and analytics;• Agile project management tools including Jira or Gitlab;• Excel including Macros, VBA, pivot tables, efficient cell referencing functions, and aggregation methodologies; and• Business critical thinking, short/long-term planning and business data analysis skills, such as analyzing historical data to aid business decisions and pricing strategies.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.ZT Systems offers a comprehensive benefits package to all eligible full-time employees.
