ZT Group Int’l, Inc. d/b/a ZT Systems seeks a Sr. Customer Operations Analyst in Secaucus, NJ.Duties: Manage delivery commitment expectations using understanding of customer demand outlook. Oversee delivery execution of customer orders and manage commit risks. Conduct customer forecast demand analysis, track and analyze demand changes, and report out data to both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to support customer requirements. Measure business performance and drive corrective actions to ensure ZT meets or exceeds customer service requirements. Independently resolve issues, using escalations when appropriate.This role requires a Bachelor’s degree of Industrial and Human Factors Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, plus 2 years ofexperience as a Senior Business Planning Analyst, Logistics Specialist, or related role.Requires 2 years of experience with the following skills:• Supply Chain Planning or Supply Chain Management.• Customer Relationship Management including balancing customer requests and managing internal processing capacities; keeping customers aware of efforts and process for shipments; managing complex situations related to supply and demand; and planning ahead for upcoming requests.• Materials Planning and Order fulfillment, including, high-volume shipping, processing PO’s (purchase orders) and MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), high-level supply chain planning, and follow-up with interdepartmental teams.• Utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues.• Creating different supply chain models for subset of parts depending on attributes, how to manage them, and monitor and forecast demand for parts within lead time.• Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree of Industrial and Human Factors Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Senior Business Planning Analyst, Logistics Specialist, or related role, the employer will accept a Master’s degree of Industrial and Human Factors Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, plus any amount of experience as a Senior Business Planning Analyst, Logistics Specialist, or related role.Requires any amount of experience or knowledge with the following skills:• Supply Chain Planning or Supply Chain Management.• Customer Relationship Management including balancing customer requests and managing internal processing capacities; keeping customers aware of efforts and process for shipments; managing complex situations related to supply and demand; and planning ahead for upcoming requests.• Materials Planning and Order fulfillment, including, high-volume shipping, processing PO’s (purchase orders) and MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), high-level supply chain planning, and follow-up with interdepartmental teams.• Utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues.• Creating different supply chain models for subset of parts depending on attributes, how to manage them, and monitor and forecast demand for parts within lead time.• Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.ZT Systems offers a comprehensive benefits package to all eligible full-time employees.
