Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced full-time Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Hospital Medicine Team at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital in Sebring, Florida.
Qualified Candidates
Willing to work as Nocturnist (weekdays and weekends) 7pm – 7am
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least one year of in-patient experience preferred
Three years of experience in acute care, cardiac, or pulmonary is preferred
Acute Care certified preferred for NP or Critical Care experience preferred for NP or PA
DEA license is required
Current BLS, ACLS certification
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
About Our Hospitalist Program
No Procedures / No Codes
Open ICU, intensivist coverage
Schedule is 7p - 7a; 7 on / 7 off block scheduling
Dedicated Nocturnist Team of one remote physician and one APP on site; 7pm to 7am
4 full time physicians & 2 full time APPs in the Hospital Medicine team
