In order to remain | | successful, we are looking for experienced and talented Thai | | Specialty Cooks to work in our busy kitchen, especially during rush | | hours. | | | | | | | | Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following | | duties: | | | | | | | | 1. Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of | | the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including | | fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, | | galingale, garlic, and chilies; | | 2. Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure; | | 3. Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes | | contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and | | 4.
