Job Description :
- Create and modify Thai recipes, menus, and specials;
- Cook authentic Thai dishes using knowledge and understanding of Thai cooking;

``` - Prepare variety of types of authentic Thai pastes, marinating sauces, and dipping sauce for specialty dishes; - Ensure the quality of raw and cooked food products; - Decide how to present food, and create decorative food displays; - Train line cooks in the Thai culinary arts

``` - Craft Thai inspired food and vegetable for plate decoration, and creates decorative food displays

``` - Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices; - Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and

Salary: $50,690/year
Requirement: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
