JPLS Greenlake LLC Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Seattle, Washington
At Noi Thai Cuisine, we pride ourselves on making high-quality food and giving our guests a real and authentic Thai taste. We strive to bring our guests the best in Thai cuisine, as our food is authentically prepared and beautifully presented. In order to remain successful, we are seeking experienced and talented Thai Specialty Cooks to work at our Green Lake location.
Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies;
- Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure;
- Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and
- Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.
SALARY: $50,690/year
