This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. Serve as aTechnical Trainer IIfor the Operations Technical Training & Development team with responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Special Mentions: Relocation provided Travel expected up to 20% of the time Shifts available: B shift (Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM- 12:00 AM) Responsibilities: Delivering Instructor Ledtechnical training in classroom/laboratory environments, includingadministering both written andpractical/hands-ontests. Partnering with Strategic Learning Partners and Instructional Designers to produce learning solutions formanufacturing, assembly, and testtraining. Work withSubject Matter Experts (SMEs)toconduct workforce research and needs analysis.Examples of the subjects couldincludeStructural Assembly, Tubing Installation,Bonding, Torque, Lockwire, Electrical Bond, Alodine Application, Precision Measurement,Safety Training,etc. Standardize training elements across multiple work centers and geographic sites. Document and track employees' training attendance and recurring trainingneedsandassistwith scheduling of students. Help develop andmaintaintraining forecasting capabilities. Maintaining classrooms and materials in support of Instructor Led Training. Qualifications: Experience in delivering classroom technical training with hands-on demonstration Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills Intermediate level competency using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Experience writing technical training courseware Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong employee focus Ability to self-manage activities based on given priorities Must be able to support travelup to 10% of the time Desired: 5+ years of experiencein Instructor led technical skills or safety course delivery 5+ years of experience in Aerospace or related fields 5+ years of writing experience in a technical environment 5+ years of experience with adult learning, course design, and class evaluation Experience in virtual classroom, mobile, and other learning solutions Familiarity with NASA Workmanship standards, IPC J-STD, ISO-ASTM standards3 Airframe and/or Powerplant license Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $78,749.00 - $110,247.90 Other site ranges may differ Culture Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
