Job Summary:

The candidate will work as a Technical Recruiter, primarily focusing on sourcing and hiring engineering talent to build high-performance teams that drive product expansion globally. They will also be responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies and maintaining strong relationships across various teams while attending networking events to promote the client.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

· Technical Recruiting experience

· Technical Sourcing experience

· In-house & agency recruiting experience

· Ability to build pipelines

· Knowledge about market, target companies, and relationships in open-source networks

Preferred Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

· Technically savvy

What's in this Technical Recruiter position for you?

Pay: $ 64.28/hr.

Shift: Hybrid, Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm

Pay Details: $64.28 per hour
