We are seeking a dynamic and innovativeStructural Engineering Internfor our Seattle office during the summer months of 2026. This is a great opportunity to learn more about your chosen field!The ideal candidate will be a student who wishes to increase their knowledge of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures, learn about computer analysis software systems, and work in a professional fast-paced environment. Qualifications ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work semi-independently. Possess basic level computer skills necessary for daily activities including email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and a working knowledge of computer-aided drafting. Perform other duties as may be assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities). Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities). Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred. Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years of required courses completed towards an undergraduate degree in architectural engineering, structural engineering, or civil engineering with an emphasis on structures. Expected hourly rate: $25.00 to $30.00 (depending on years of education and experience).
