A passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation is highly valued. The role requires a collaborative mindset – you must be comfortable operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while partnering effectively across engineering, legal, policy, and operations teams to deliver results. Key job responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end strategic planning mechanisms for the WW Product Safety & Compliance organization, including annual operating plans (OP1/OP2), 3-year vision documents, and long-range strategic roadmaps.
Design, build, and manage recurring business review mechanisms (WBR, MBR, QBR) ensuring the right metrics, narratives, and escalation paths are in place to drive accountability and operational excellence.
Develop and maintain the organization's strategic narrative, translating complex compliance and safety priorities into clear, compelling documents for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Champion the adoption and integration of AI and automation technologies across planning, reporting, and compliance workstreams, identifying high-impact use cases and driving implementation to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of the organization's operations.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, legal, policy, and operations teams to align strategic priorities, track dependencies, and ensure execution against commitments.
Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics across the portfolio, building dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into progress and gaps.
Champion employee engagement initiatives across the organization, partnering with leadership to develop and execute strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Support talent development and succession planning efforts, ensuring the organization is building the capabilities needed to meet current and future strategic priorities.
Lead strategic special projects and ad-hoc analyses as directed by the Head of Product Safety & Compliance, synthesizing ambiguous inputs into actionable plans.
Identify and drive process improvements to planning and governance mechanisms, raising the bar on rigor, efficiency, and strategic clarity across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
Knowledge of general AI tools
Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
