The full Pay Range is $133,100.00 - $248,300.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Yourability to influence senior leaders, navigate complex change, and bring structure tohigh visibility,enterprise levelprograms will accelerate BECU's growth and elevate member experience across markets.Ultimately, youwill help shape how MDX scales, evolves, anddelivers formembers-both today and into the future. WHAT YOU'LLDO: Lead SAFE Integration Program Delivery:You will drive the execution of MDX's largest enterprise initiative, coordinating cross-functional readiness across marketing, digital, retail, and contact center teams while ensuring alignment with the IMO and SAFE partners. Guide Cross-FunctionalSub Workstreams:You'llpartner with executive and director-level workstream leads to clarify requirements,monitorprogress,anticipaterisks, andmaintainalignment across all MDX functions. Act as the Executive Right Hand:You willoperateas a strategic extension of MDX executive leadership, providing thought partnership, decision support, and high-level oversight for integration deliverables. Shape Divisional Strategy:You'llcollaborate with senior leaders to refine divisional strategic direction and ensureintegration workaligns with enterprise priorities and long-term roadmap goals. Develop Operational Cadence and Structure:You willestablishand manage MDX operating rhythms-business reviews, visibility routines, and planning cycles-tomaintainclarity, momentum, and accountability. Serve as a Change Leader:You will guide teams through major changes, bridging communications, aligning stakeholders, and enabling progress even when partners are under heavy demand. Lead Division-Level Communications:You'lldevelop messaging and communications that unify the division, clarify goals, and reinforce transparency throughout transformational efforts.
