You'll lead the development of core capabilities (e.g. holistic risk detection across tax, compliance and general bad actor abuse), partner with operations and tech partners, and coordinate regional leaders to solve unprecedented challenges at the intersection of policy, technology, and seller experience. This role requires navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across 5+ VP organizations while balancing regulatory requirements, technical constraints, and seller experience. You work closely with product management and other business partners to define strategy and requirements, and lead development teams from concept through delivery and subsequent operation. You're a thought leader, but you don't just know how to solve the problem, you prove it by leading team to build the solution. Lastly, you have a high bar for code quality and passion for design and architecture.
