Hill International is seeking a Sr. Scheduler in Seattle, Washington Meet with the client to discuss the project. Review and validate the accuracy and viability of the submitted baseline schedule as subsequent updates and produce schedule review comments. Validate the accuracy and assure the credibility of information contained in the schedule analysis performed by the Contractor. Recommend ways to improve schedule performance through analysis, work-around, lessons learned, corrective actions and acceleration plans. Analyze schedule impacts due to changes or claims, including time-impact analysis. Maintain and validate the integrity of the as-built schedule. Provide project expertise with respect to CPM scheduling techniques and use of Primavera Scheduler. Comply with instructions, policies and procedures to perform the functions of the job. Interpret schedule and cost reporting results and discuss with Project Management team and Terminal Engineering Management. Assist the Project Team in evaluating and monitoring the Contractors progress schedule as well as consulting and troubleshooting issues throughout the construction of the project. Provide scheduling scenarios (what ifs) to assist the project team. Work on other projects as directed by the Terminal Engineering Construction Manager. Provide as needed Quality Assurance of schedule analysis for all ongoing claims. Other cost, schedule, analyst duties as assigned. Must have a minimum of 5-10 years' scheduling experience preferably in highway/DOT. BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building/Construction Management is preferred. Strong background using Primavera P6 scheduling software and Microsoft Project. The ability to utilize Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel is required. Experience with reviewing construction schedules for the design-build phases of the projects. Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling knowledge/experience and the ability to analyze schedules to determine duration and logic issues. Proficiency developing detailed resource and cost loaded design and construction schedules and preparing progress/status reports and performance of earned value analysis. Experience with time impact analysis. Construction claims and change order experience is preferred. Experience integrating the construction schedule into the master schedule. Candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills. Position will be mainly remote with occasional site visits in Seattle, WA. Must be local. The salary range for this position is $160,000-$180,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant's qualifications, education, experience, and work location.
