About the Team
Agent Factory is where Workday's next chapter gets built. We're forming small, senior, cross-functional AI teams that bring together product leaders, machine learning engineers, and full-stack builders to create intelligent agents used by millions of people every day. This is production-grade AI---deeply embedded into Workday's platform---not research experiments or maintenance work. Teams own problems end to end, collaborate tightly across disciplines, and use the right tools to solve real customer challenges at global scale. You'll work at the intersection of AI, platform architecture, and human workflows, with the autonomy to shape how agents reason, act, and scale responsibly. High trust, high expectations, and real impact. Engineering, but brighter.About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager in Agent Factory, you'll lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered agents that are designed to be understood, trusted, and adopted by customers at global scale. You'll own products across the agent lifecycle---from defining the customer problem and value proposition, to shaping the platforms and frameworks that enable Workday teams to bring agents to market quickly and consistently. Working closely with machine learning, engineering, and domain product leaders, you'll turn emerging AI capabilities into clear product narratives, scalable solutions, and measurable customer impact. This role calls for strong product judgment, a bias for execution, and deep curiosity about how AI can be translated into differentiated experiences that drive real business outcomes. You'll help define how Workday positions, builds, and delivers intelligent agents---ensuring innovation lands with clarity, credibility, and purpose.
