Description
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Product Lifecycle Management & Workflows to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of tools and workflows that power end-to-end product lifecycle management for Worldwide Consumables Private Brands (CPB) products. This role sits at the intersection of product and tech, and drives scalable systems that enable efficient project kick-off, commercialization, launch, and post-launch management. They work closely with CPB stakeholders (Product Managers, Quality Managers, Selection, and other Amazon Private Brands product families) and Tech (Private Brands Central) to define and deliver platforms that streamline how products are launched and maintained across their lifecycle. This is a worldwide role, with stakeholders located across North America, Europe, and Asia. This role is critical in scaling Consumables Private Brands by building the backbone that enables faster innovation, ensures compliance, and delivers high-quality products efficiently to market.
Key job responsibilities
This Sr. Product Manager will own the product strategy and vision for CPB's PLM and workflows, driving harmonization to regional CPB teams and across product families. They partner with Hardlines and Softlines Private Brands and Tech to develop the product vision and roadmap for product lifecycle management tools supporting total Amazon Private Brands. They identify opportunities to improve speed-to-market and process efficiency through workflow optimization and automation. They partner with stakeholders to align product strategy with broader Amazon Private Brands business goals.
They build and enhance systems supporting: (1) product ideation and intake, (2) specification management, (3) packaging and labeling, (4) sustainability and compliance, (5) supplier collaboration, (6) product launch readiness, and (7) post-launch monitoring and updates. They ensure tools support scalability across categories, geographies, and regulatory environments. They map, analyze, and redesign complex cross-functional workflows to drive efficiency and consistency across regions and product types. They drive standardization while allowing flexibility for category-specific needs. They reduce manual processes through automation, integration, and validation.
They collaborate with dozens of cross-functional partners and stakeholders, working closely with Amazon Private Brands Product Family Leads, Product Development/Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Safety/Compliance Sustainability, Packaging, and are regularly interacting with VP-level leadership. They translate business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications. They lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch and iteration. They contribute to BRDs, define success metrics, and manage roadmap prioritization. They support UAT and ensure P0s are successfully met prior to launch. They collaborate closely with Tech and Business to ensure solutions meet customer needs. They define and track KPIs and own leadership goals. They use data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve systems and processes.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
