What you'll do Our Developer Platform team builds and runs AI-powered development tools and platforms that make it easier and faster for engineers across the company to design, build, and operate software. We focus on simplifying workflows, standardizing best practices, and delivering secure, scalable services that improve developer productivity and satisfaction. The Sr. Product Manager, Developer Platform, will own the strategy and roadmap for our internal AI-powered development tools and platforms, working closely with engineering, security, and business teams across the organization. You will deeply understand developer needs, prioritize the most impactful problems to solve, and drive delivery of capabilities that unlock AI-assisted development at scale while defining, tracking, and reporting clear adoption, usage, and productivity metrics to continuously improve the developer experience. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, DevOps Engineering. Responsibility Define and own the product vision and roadmap for internal AI developer tools and platforms Partner with engineering, security, and cross-org stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact developer problems Translate developer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for the engineering team Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven features and integrations that improve developer productivity and satisfaction Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously refine the developer experience and measure outcomes Champion adoption of AI tools across teams through clear communication, enablement, and change management Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability in partnership with IT Infrastructure & Operations Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 8+ years of product management experience, including owning roadmaps and delivering complex products or platforms Ability to define a clear product vision, create a product roadmap, and prioritize features based on measurable business value Experience working with engineering teams on developer-facing tools, platforms, or APIs Preferred Exceptional communication skills to act as the bridge between highly technical engineering teams, executives, and leadership Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and feedback to inform decisions Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and
