The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE As aSenior Enterprise Project Managerat BECU,you'lllead the delivery of complex, enterprise technology initiatives that support our core banking ecosystem, with a strong focus on DNA core banking implementations and enhancements. You'lloversee project management operations end-to-end-driving project planning, scope definition, and detailed timeline management to ensure consistent, predictable delivery. Partnering across ProductManagement and Developmentteams,you'llbring structure, alignment, and execution to initiatives that power how BECU operates and serves its members. Your ability to manage complexity, coordinate across teams, and drive disciplined execution will directlyimpactthe success of core banking implementations and enterprise technology delivery. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead DNA Core Banking Delivery:Oversee project management operations for DNA core banking implementations, including defining project scope, building detailed timelines, and ensuring consistent, successful delivery. Drive End-to-End Execution:Lead enterprise initiatives from planning through execution and closure, ensuring alignment to business goals and measurable outcomes. Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams:Partner with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to deliver initiatives across core banking platforms, integrations, and cloud-based environments (Azure preferred). Build and Manage Delivery Plans:Develop andmaintaincomprehensive project plans, managing timelines, dependencies, resources, and priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives. Operate Across Agile and Hybrid Models:Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to support both development and infrastructure workstreams,leveragingtools such as Azure DevOps (Boards, Dashboards, Wiki).
