Starbucks Coffee Company Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst in Seattle, Washington

Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst:

  • Creates user stories/requirements, works with stakeholders to identify ROI/business value, and leads prioritization of backlog.
  • Creates and maintains user personas in support of the global governance, risk and compliance (GRC) controls and compliance program and products.
  • Responsible for successful execution of small enhancements and new features to products against business goals.
  • Develops strategic and operational plans for the business unit, managing execution and measuring results.
  • Provides consulting and support to ensure use and maintenance of correct management tools and processes.
  • Develop training and reusable templates to help compliance products scale across the enterprise.
  • Defines maturity model for projects and establish compliance baseline for our digital products.
  • Creates product update communications independently varying from release announcements to content for and decision making.
  • Develops budget recommendations for executing initiatives and programs for compliance products.
  • Ensure our digital products support compliance goals and standards.
  • Implement robust IT controls.
  • Operate and own various product and service offerings.
  • Understands the cross-functional relationships supporting IT audit projects, and audits for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), the Payment Card Industry (PCI), as well as emerging privacy legislation (e.g., California Consumer Privacy Act). 
  • Leads various governance, risk and compliance (GRC)-led control automation efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the control performance, validation, and monitoring processes.
  • Operates and owns various GRC controls and compliance product/service offerings and actively applies concepts of continuous improvement to mature capabilities.

Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week.

Full time employment, Monday -- Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $167,762 - $201,300 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field, and 4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a product manager or related role in a technology environment.

Must have 4 years of experience in using analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization.

Must have 4 years of experience in working with design teams and engineering teams to deliver customer facing features.

Must have 4 years of experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, and story outlines.

  Must have 4 years of experience in writing user stories and refining product backlogs.

Must have 4 years of experience in coordinating or prioritizing conflicting requirements. 

Must have 4 years of experience in delivering complex products in technology environments.

Must have 4 years of experience in delivering compliance for a public company. 

Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week.
