Amazon Sr Business Development Manager, Fire TV in Seattle, Washington
Description
Fire TV Channels (FTVC) BD is looking for a talented, self-starting Senior BD to join the global FTVC BD team. This person will have two primary objectives. First, this person will be a Creator & Podcasts expert in the US. This responsibility will involve working with digital agencies, talent managers, and creative talent directly and educating them on the FTVC opportunity. This person will provide a critical feedback loop to the FTVC Product team as it builds tools (e.g. a self-service portal for publishers) and policies (e.g. content moderation and takedown) for Creators & Podcasts. Second, this person will be own our Fire TV Channels Content Investment Program.
Key job responsibilities
Execute agreements with and onboard over 30 Creators and Podcasts globally.
Assist with FTVC GTM strategy for Creators and Podcasts.
Scale our Content Investment Program in partnership with Product/Editorial.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional or military experience
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology
MBA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
