Slalom LLC Slalom Flex (Project Based) Research/Business Analyst in Seattle, Washington
Research/Business Analyst Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days wkly on site in Seattle, must be local Who You'll Work With At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. What You'll Do * Conduct structured research on priority partners using identified public and subscription sources. * Respond to inbound research requests supporting the whole PPT team of Relationship Managers * Produce standardized profiles, comparative analyses, and partner insights. * Support PPT and GPD with rapid assessments for strategy, pipeline, and due diligence needs. * Capture data in our CRM (Salesforce). * Document repeatable research methods and taxonomies to improve future efficiency. * The analyst support will be measured on the turnaround time, teams served, completeness, and consistency of: * High-quality partner profiles and analyses delivered across portfolios and regions * Expanded global research coverage, especially where data sources are fragmented * Standardized templates and methods integrated into PI's research library, increasing our data capture. What You'll Bring * Prior research and/or analysis experience * Comfortable doing data entry in Salesforce (or willing to learn quickly). * Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple incoming requests. * Partner well with Relationship Managers and turn requests into quick research outputs. * Ability to create profiles, comparisons, or short write-ups based on research. * Comfortable working in a ticket/request system and keeping priorities straight. * Detail-oriented and able to keep work consistent and complete. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range is $45 to $55/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
