Slalom LLC Slalom Flex (Project Based) Project Manager & Data Governance Support in Seattle, Washington

Project Manager & Data Governance Support Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days weekly onsite in Seattle, must be local Who You'll Work With At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. What You'll Do Project Management - tasks include: * Manage cross-functional projects, where possible, leveraging Lean or Scrum practices and ceremonies * Coordinated delivery of roadmap milestones across technical and business teams * Management and communication of risks, timelines, and stakeholder accountability Data Governance (under the direction of the Lead Data Analyst) - tasks include: * Stand up governance frameworks, data definitions, and quality processes * Build sustainability through documentation and handover to internal data stewards. * Support integration of vendor datasets (e.g., Candid, Wealth-X, etc) by ensuring consistent standards. * Build and maintain clear documentation and repeatable workflows for data management * Operationalized data governance (policies, definitions, quality checks, stewardship roles). The consultant providing support will be measured by: * On-time project(s) milestone delivery * Adoption of governance artifacts * Reduction of team rework caused by unclear data ownership or definitions. What You'll Bring * Experience managing projects and coordinating across teams. * Familiarity with Lean or Scrum practices. * Preferred - basic understanding of data governance (policies, definitions, quality checks). Ability to build standards and templates. * Ability to create clear documentation and repeatable processes. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Comfortable working with data tools and vendor datasets. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range is $55 to $65. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
