Senior Regional Program Manager – Global Corporate Security

Onsite | Seattle, WA

Salary: $175,000–$180,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are looking for a Senior Regional Program Manager (SRPM) to serve as the primary Security Advisor for a high-profile global client in Seattle. This is a strategic, visible role for an experienced leader with a strong corporate security and/or law enforcement background who is ready to shape and drive a world-class security program.

What you will do

Strategic leadership and client partnership

  • Serve as the primary Security Advisor and key point of contact for the client’s leadership team

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated security program that aligns with both Securitas and client goals

  • Meet regularly with client and Securitas leadership for program reviews, strategic planning, and issue resolution

  • Support client start-ups, transitions, and expansions to ensure secure operations

Program and operational excellence

  • Hold full P&L ownership for the account; analyze operational and financial indicators to drive performance and profitability

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locations, including adherence to post orders and contract requirements

  • Lead security risk reviews of client facilities using industry best practices and client-specific tools

  • Implement and manage safety programs and support special events, incidents, and emergency coverage

Team leadership and resource management

  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels in collaboration with area management, balancing client needs with cost control

  • Build and lead a high-performing, service-focused team, promoting collaboration and accountability

  • Support branches in maintaining a strong customer service culture and retaining profitable business

Global security and innovation

  • Guide the client in evaluating global security needs and the feasibility of new or expanded services

  • Develop and manage a global service network for client locations, including Securitas branches and alliance partners

  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate global service delivery and drive the development of global best practices

  • Improve processes, technologies, and working methods using data and analysis to prevent recurring issues

Financial and performance management

  • Partner with the client on strategic budget planning for guard services and security system deployments

  • Track and interpret key performance indicators, schedules, and metrics to ensure program effectiveness and contract compliance

  • Use financial and operational analysis to optimize resources and deliver measurable results

What you bring

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • At least 10 years of management experience, preferably in corporate security, law enforcement, military, hospitality, retail, or service industries

  • Experience working in or with large, complex corporate environments is strongly preferred

Security and law enforcement background

  • Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and protective strategies

  • Experience with security assessments, incident response, and crisis management

  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Leadership and business skills

  • Demonstrated strength in financial management, leadership, and business administration

  • Proven ability in strategic thinking, operational analysis, and problem-solving

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams

  • Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and performance management

Personal attributes

  • Professional and composed under pressure, including in high-stress situations

  • Adaptable to rapidly changing environments and shifting priorities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and reports

  • Strong client-focused mindset and a collaborative, team-first approach

  • Willingness to travel frequently as needed
