Lead key initiatives in Amazon's Account Health Assurance program supporting high-performing sellers, driving operational excellence through policy engagement frameworks, bad actor prevention systems, and seller experience innovations. Manage cross-functional partnerships with policy teams, compliance, and other partner organizations to improve seller experience and decrease unexpected account suspension. Develop and execute strategic initiatives that balance seller protection with customer trust. Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, establish performance metrics and goals.
Key job responsibilities
As the Senior Program Manager for the Account Health Assurance Program, you will lead the development and implementation of a new seller remediation experience.
You'll partner with policy teams and implement process improvements, driving cross-functional collaboration with legal, policy, and product stakeholders.
You'll create mechanisms to efficiently identify and track improvement opportunities across multiple teams based on data and anecdotes, and measure the impact of these improvements for all sellers. You'll keep owners accountable to ETAs.
Analyzing seller feedback and metrics to optimize appeal processes will be crucial, as will managing program strategy and metrics, communicating results to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
