The Social Marketing team focuses on ensuring the right content reaches the right customer wherever they are on social. We connect customers to relevant products through engaging, timely, and contextually meaningful experiences. We continuously evolve how products are discovered by translating customer behavior, trends, and platform dynamics into content that feels native, personalized, and aligned to how customers shop today.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Merchandising & Curation owns how products are discovered and experienced across paid social. This role sits at the intersection of retail and customer behavior, turning trends, insights, and signals into curated product experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

This leader will define the vision and frameworks for social merchandising, establishing scalable approaches to how selection is curated, grouped, and presented across channels. They will translate emerging trends, cultural moments, and customer behavior into durable merchandising mechanisms, while continuously evolving strategy through experimentation and performance insights. This role requires strong judgment on what will resonate with customers in the moment, paired with the ability to codify those insights into repeatable systems and tech requirements.

As an Individual Contributor, you will operate across marketing, product, tech, and retail teams to uplevel merchandising and curation strategies, ensuring paid social requirements are clearly defined and advanced into long-term solutions. You will stay deeply connected to emerging and trending brands, viral products, and evolving customer shopping behaviors, using those insights to inform both near-term execution and long-term strategy.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution for paid social merchandising and curation across social media apps

  • Define scalable merchandising frameworks (selection criteria, collection structures, naming conventions) to enable consistent, high-quality execution across teams

  • Translate customer insights, trends, and seasonal moments into high-performing curated collections with clear hypotheses and success metrics

  • Build and lead a robust experimentation roadmap, using performance data to continuously optimize assortment, placement, and creative integration

  • Turn insights from trends, performance, and customer behavior into durable mechanisms, playbooks, and product/tech requirements that scale impact

  • Partner with product and tech teams to define and advance merchandising capabilities, ensuring paid social needs are represented in roadmap prioritization

  • Partner with creative, retail, and marketing teams to bring merchandising strategies to life in native, high-performing social executions

  • Monitor competitive landscape, platform evolution, and emerging brands/products to inform forward-looking merchandising strategies

  • Operate autonomously in ambiguous spaces, setting direction and driving alignment without predefined playbooks

  • Communicate strategy, insights, and performance to senior leadership through clear, concise narratives

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and discovery-driven shopping environments.

  • Experience driving alignment with cross-functional stakeholders (product, tech, marketing, retail).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience merchandising products within social or discovery-driven environments .

  • Strong understanding of consumer trends, emerging brands, and viral products.

  • Experience building experimentation frameworks and translating insights into scalable mechanisms.

  • Experience defining product or tech requirements to support marketing or merchandising strategies.

  • Experience leveraging generative AI to improve workflows, curation, or content development.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
