Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our global analytics team to help lead the analytics strategy for Amazon's Fire TV and Tablet apps business, partnering with global teams to deliver data solutions that empower business development, marketing, and finance leaders across the globe. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent product management skills, a strategic thinker, and a strong communicator with excellent cross-org collaboration skills.
The Amazon Content & App Partner Engagement (CAPE) Business Intelligence team is looking for a Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) who will own the product strategy and roadmap for analytics initiatives that support business development, international marketing, finance, legal, and solutions architecture stakeholders across the US, APAC, and EMEA. You will play a critical role in scoping complex, multi-month projects, driving cross-functional alignment, and communicating progress and risks to leadership. This role will be based in Seattle and will work closely with a team of business intelligence engineers and business analysts to deliver data-driven insights and analytics solutions for the Fire TV and Tablet 3P apps business.
Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product roadmap for analytics and business intelligence initiatives, from intake and prioritization through delivery and launch
Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple organizations and global time zones to deliver new dashboards, data pipelines, and ML/AI-powered analytics solutions
Partner closely with business development, marketing, finance, legal, and solutions architecture teams to translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytical projects
Define requirements, success metrics, and launch plans for short- and long-term projects; track deliverables, milestones, bottlenecks, and risks
Drive adoption of self-service analytics and AI-powered tools among stakeholders, reducing manual effort and improving time-to-insight
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and confidence
A day in the life
A day in the life of a CABI PMT commonly involves managing stakeholder requests and leading sprint planning sessions, ensuring the team stays aligned on priorities across multiple analytics initiatives. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Engineers and other Product Managers across global time zones, translating complex stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements. Your day could include scoping a new dashboard with a BIE or reviewing SQL queries for a marketing campaign analysis. Days often include stakeholder meetings where you present insights, new initiatives, or conduct root cause analyses on data quality issues. You'll balance multiple projects simultaneously ensuring each delivers measurable impact while mentoring team members on best practices.

The CAPE Business Intelligence (CABI) team delivers critical insights and analytics to business development, marketing, legal, and finance stakeholders across the US, APAC, and EMEA. The team brings together talented analysts, engineers and product managers to deliver insights that drive decision-making across the Fire TV and Tablet 3P apps business. We work with content providers and app developers in the entertainment and gaming industries, supporting products that reach millions of customers worldwide. Our team operates globally with members in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan, fostering a collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives and innovation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry
Experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence, or similar experience in big data environments
Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies
Experience with AI/ML technologies
Travel up to 15% of the time
Experience managing projects across global, distributed teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
