Amazon Senior Product Manager, Amazon Merch on Demand in Seattle, Washington
Description
We're seeking a customer-obsessed Product Manager to drive the vision and own the business for a innovative e-commerce experiences in the sports and customization space. You'll own the product lifecycle from conception to launch, working backwards from customers to deliver seamless experiences for discovering, customizing, and purchasing products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs with business objectives while leading cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities
Business Ownership: Act as the voice of the customer and business owner, managing product economics, pricing strategy, forecast analysis, and success metrics
Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product roadmap and vision for sports-related e-commerce experiences, balancing customer needs with business objectives across multiple product categories
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and external partners to align stakeholders and drive execution
Customer Discovery: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into product requirements and features that delight customers
Product Development: Write PR/FAQs, narratives, and business requirements; define features for catalog expansion and customization capabilities; validate product-market fit through experimentation
Launch & Adoption: Drive go-to-market strategy, coordinate across business units, measure KPIs, and optimize for customer satisfaction
About the team
Amazon Merch on Demand is creating a highly scalable print-on-demand business for consumer products. We enable customers to discover, customize, and purchase products across multiple categories, leveraging Amazon's world-class fulfillment and customer experience capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
