Job Description
As OCI’s development pipeline expands, actionable insights and consistent reporting are essential to supporting informed decision-making at scale. The Senior Principal TPM serves as a primary driver for our global infrastructure organization, overseeing the end-to-end flow of people, processes, and systems required to scale Cloud and AI delivery.
This leader will drive critical infrastructure oversight, action, and controls, ensuring that organizational handoffs are seamless and that the business is positioned to meet its strategic and financial objectives.

Define scope, plans, and milestones for building and delivering a new infrastructure
Drive improvements of existing programs and applications deployed on OCI infrastructure
Ensure timely delivery of milestones, as well as executive leadership visibility and alignment of key deliverables
Manage risks and issues, paths to green, and delivery planning for program
Facilitate and drive technical discussions across multiple teams, leading to buy-in and alignment across teams and up through leadership
Collaborate with and work across multiple teams to define and rollout best practices
Work with partner teams outside our organization and externally with Oracle
Qualifications
10+ years leading large cross-functional technical programs
10+ years of experience in program/project management or related field
Experience efficiently and effectively communicating status to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and broader organizations (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels, including the executive level
Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands.
Expertise in leading technical design discussions and ability to summarize complex trade-offs and options in presentation and technical documentation

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
