Bayer CropScience LLC Senior Principal Product Manager in Seattle, Washington
Senior Principal Product Manager for Seattle, WA to define product strategy & drive execution for ag-digital software products; communicate with stakeholders to determine project requirements & objectives; confer with project personnel to identify & resolve problems; create project status presentations for delivery to customers & project personnel; oversee project milestones & deliverables; request & review project updates to ensure deadlines are met; assign duties & responsibilities to project personnel; upskill business leaders to broaden understanding of digital product development; coach junior-level product managers. Requires Masters in Computer Science, Project Management, Software Management, or closely-related technical field & 3 yrs experience in leading & collaborating in the development of agri-digital software products throughout complete product development lifecycle, including concept, delivery & Go-To-Market; developing product roadmaps & assigning appropriate resources to drive execution; leading across multiple teams to communicate & execute the Go-To-Market plan for digital software products; collaborating across Product, Engineering, and/or Science teams to maintain alignment between strategy & roadmap priorities; performing data-driven analysis of new product concepts, strategic opportunities & competitive threats; setting ?metrics to measure adherence of digital solutions to business & customer expectations; translating business requirements into data-driven product designs through digital product methods including research, prototyping, data analysis and/or user testing; coaching junior Product Managers; providing input & leadership to complete business & technical outcomes and requirements in alignment with organizational processes; documenting initiatives, programs, epics, features and/or stories in Jira software development platform. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of Seattle, WA up to 3 days per week. Up to 20% U.S. & int'l travel req'd. Salary Range: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $210,000.00 to $240,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
