PwC US Business Advisory LLP Senior Manager, Capital Markets Accounting in Seattle, Washington

Senior Manager, Capital Markets Accounting, PwC US Business Advisory LLP, Seattle, WA. Advise clients on complex financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational events. Tackle client needs with a solution-oriented approach that addresses complex financial reporting problems for high profile transactions. Provide expertise on multiple complex accounting topics. Write and communicate cogently to clients and industry audiences within a professional services environment. Manage a wide range of accounting and advisory-related projects. Pursue business development opportunities. Manage accounting and advisory project economics, workflow, budgets, billing, collections, and resource requirements. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Coach and supervise the team.

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

[MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS]{.underline}[:]{.underline}

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.

 

In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the employer will accept 2 additional years of related work experience.

 

Certification(s) Required: U.S. CPA license or foreign equivalent, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar.

 

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

 

Analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization;

Utilizing technology platforms such as Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau to accelerate analysis and preparation of financial information;

Understanding technical accounting, financial reporting, and capital markets topics, including IPOs, debt offerings, private placements, carve-outs or spin-offs, acquisitions, alliances/joint ventures, post-deal accounting, restructurings, restatements, bankruptcies; and
