Description Senior HR Program Manager - Hybrid. Candidates residing within a commutable distance of our offices in Renton, WA, Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, Portland, OR or Irvine, CA are encouraged to apply. As a Senior Program Manager on our HR Strategy & Implementation team, you'll lead major workforce initiatives-turning big ideas into clear plans, guiding crossfunctional teams, and helping leaders stay aligned and informed. You'll work closely with HR partners and subject matter experts to design solutions, support stakeholders through change, and track progress to ensure we deliver real, tangible results. Successful candidates will have strong project and change management skills, be able to navigate ambiguity, and thrive in guiding teams through complexity. Required Qualifications: 6 years - Professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background. Demonstrated experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation, agile project management, change management, mentoring, developing and delivering training. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related. PMP or ACP Certification upon hire. Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization. PHR, SHRM - CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification upon hire.
