Description This role is ideal for a versatile, highly skilled trades professional who enjoys handson work and solving complex challenges. You'll contribute to a wide range of facility, mechanical, and technical projects, applying your expertise across multiple disciplines to keep operations running smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of work requiring high skill levels and abilities, including but not limited to: Electricity and electronics Sheet metal work and welding Mechanics and machine shop work Hydraulics and plumbing Painting and ventilation work Carpentry, plastering, concrete, and masonry work Ceiling installation and floor installation Providence Swedish caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Must have successfully completed at least two formal specialized, related training courses Upon hire: National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State County City Trade License Authority --or-- National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State County City Trade License Authority --or-- National Boiler Operator Grade III License - State County City Trade License Authority 4 years of experience in equipment inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of required systems and equipment Preferred Qualifications: Solid background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems Why Join Providence Swedish? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
