As a Senior Engineering Program Manager, you'll support software engineering teams to design and deliver solutions to enhance the experiences of caregivers across Providence. You'll build in-house solutions for observability, financial and identity applications, and oversee a portfolio of related technical projects focusing on cross-functional strategy, technical architecture, and system dependencies. This role requires deep technical knowledge to manage engineering dependencies, system design, and technical risk, while navigating complexity with confidence. Washington: Redmond Washington: Seattle Washington: Renton Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 5 or more years of related experience Strong program and project experience Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience Experience in a Healthcare environment 5 or more years of managing software development or technical programs experience Skilled at generating data insights, evaluating design options, and identifying needed data to create platform & observability solutions that are both distinct and usercentric Strong capability to own and manage the full lifecycle of a solution or service-scoping, timelines, dependencies, risk/issue management, release planning, and cross-team coordination. Able to drive ontime delivery in a fastpaced environment Deep understanding of engineering processes, including design, coding, testing, and shipping. Able to identify featurelevel dependencies, participate in technical reviews, set release criteria, and advocate for continuous engineering improvements Exceptional communication and partnership skills to work effectively with engineering, business leaders, IS organizations, caregivers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Able to translate customer needs into actionable plans and drive adoption through lifecycle tools and content. Why Join Providence?
