Employment Type: Full-time Hybrid Schedule: 3 days In-office / 2 Remote Salary: $148,000 - $180,000 (dependent on experience) Level: Senior P2S is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Seattle office and contribute to Federal, Ports, Healthcare, Education, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in electrical design for these sectors and demonstrate strong technical expertise. This role offers a clear path toward future leadership as a Design Principal, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance their career. Position Requirements: Technical Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Registered Professional Engineer License is required Minimum 10 years' experience in Ports, Federal, Healthcare, Education. Demonstrate experience of leading electrical design projects Strong experience in performing QAQC on multidisciplinary projects and mentor emerging professionals through challenging design and project management issues. Demonstrated experience with preparing fee proposals and qualification packages for project pursuits. Demonstrate project management skills, including preparing work breakdown structure, budget tracking, project schedule, client interface, and building long lasting relationship based on trust. Experience using NEC, AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM, and Revit required Experience with different delivery methods like design-build, GCCM, and design-bid-build. Experience with a variety of project types, including, but not limited to, Electrical Equipment Replacement Renovation - MEPT Design New Construction - MEPT Design Underground Electrical Infrastructure Emergency Power System Design (Generator, UPS, Inverter) Electrification Non-Technical: Experience mentoring emerging professionals and guiding them through technical challenges Demonstrated ability to improve processes, elevate team performance, and implement sustainable, high-impact solutions Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback to foster continuous learning and collaboration Prioritizes team goals over personal recognition and consistently builds lasting relationships grounded in trust, accountability, and mutual respect Self-motivated, inquisitive, and detail-oriented; comfortable solving complex problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong organizational skills with a focus on reliability and responsiveness Interest in advancing into a leadership position by taking ownership of projects, mentoring others, and supporting strategic initiatives Working Knowledge: National Electrical Code (required) Washington State Codes (preferred) Unified Facilities Criteria FGI Guidelines (preferred) Duties: Pre-Design Engineering Perform field surveys for the design o
