Responsibilities: Lead business requirements gathering with stakeholders across multiple geographies and business units Partner with technology teams to conduct vendor reviews, technology assessments, and platform selection Guide architecture and development teams to ensure solutions meet complex business needs and processes Oversee the implementation and optimization of content management and search solutions Monitor platform utilization, analyze usage data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum twelve years of recent experience architecting site content structure and metadate strategy Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, or related field is required Experience with multi-layered security modeling in enterprise platforms; extensive experience with content management systems and enterprise search solutions Proven ability to coordinate between business teams and engineering teams, reconciling requirements for development Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects in fast-paced environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insight; excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
