Qualtrics, LLC seeks Senior Director, Finance in Seattle, WA.
Duties:
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Lead global financial planning processes, including annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic plan.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Collaborate across senior leadership teams, including the CEO, to build the plan, drive alignment to the plan, and execute against the plan.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Present the financial plan as well as quarterly updates to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the business and provide financial analysis regarding key business trends and market environment.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Work closely with the CPO, CSO on Technology Sales, Services, Partners, and business operations.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Lead the development of the medium and long-term revenue and P&L forecast, with a particular focus on emerging growth sectors.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Review, implement, and maintain our hiring and OPEX model working in close partnership with People team and key department leaders to prioritize appropriately to maximize growth.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Implement and maintain insightful and relevant financial reporting package and dashboards for stakeholders.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Design and maintain financial technology tools to support global F&S (FP&A) processes, including Planning and other dashboard technologies.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Create weekly and monthly reporting to clearly identify variances to forecast and budget, provided in a clear and action-oriented format to drive decisions in close partnership with global accounting team.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Work closely with Treasury and Tax regarding capital structure, tax strategy, and cash flow forecasting.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Support M&A function, including deal evaluation, modeling, due diligence, and integration, working closely with business development and other stakeholders.
