Job Description

The role supports two key areas: HRPex Product Operational Support and Business Operations. The ideal candidate brings strong program and product management experience, thrives in ambiguous environments, and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp time.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

HRPex Product Operational Support

  • Conduct deep dives into product operational issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolution

  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and triage for product-related operational gaps

  • Execute manual operational tasks in support of the HRPex product suite, including data clean-up, process documentation, and issue tracking

  • Partner with product and operations teams to ensure continuity of support during team transitions

Business Operations Support

  • Manage and coordinate the monthly Gemba program, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up

  • Prepare and distribute Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and line of business updates

  • Support planning and execution of HRP roadshows, including content coordination and stakeholder communications

  • Manage ITDS ticketing set-up and clean-up, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution workflows

  • Serve as a reliable operational partner across cross-functional business rhythms and reporting cycles

Day to day:

Product op support varies,

  • looking at case management issues/ data.

  • Being able to pull up data, analyze it, and make a plan of action to resolve.

  • Could collab w/ tech team, business teams, varies on the issue.

  • Helping to support operations.

  • Do impact analysis.

  • Similar to a business analyst role but not as data-heavy.

  • Business ops person- keep the team on track. MBRs, goals, team meetings, check in on plan of actions, housekeeping/ PM work.

  • Work on ticketing- CTIs and ticketing groups, know the flow of ticketing systems.

Top Must-Have Hard Skills

  • 5-6 years of experience in program management, product management, or business operations- HR, Tech, large matrix/ orgs. Ideally, worked with the company before.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials

  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and executing against ambiguous problem statements

  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Case management-

  • Asana, MS Office, V-lookup

Nice to haves

  • Experience supporting HR, PXT ticketing/ product experience, or people-focused product/operations teams

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and operational tooling (e.g., SIM/ITDS)

  • Experience facilitating business reviews, roadshows, or leadership forums

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
