Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Project Manager will lead the construction office in Washington, DC, overseeing a dynamic team and expanding the team size by year's end. This role involves hiring and training new staff, fostering high-performing teams, developing leaders, supporting long-term planning and budgeting, and tracking and developing key performance indicators. The director will oversee project execution on projects up to $50 million.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the DC construction office.
Hire and train new staff to build a high-performing team.
Develop leaders within the team.
Support long-term planning and budgeting.
Track and develop key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee project execution on projects up to $50 million.
Essential Skills
Project management expertise.
Construction management experience.
Multifamily construction knowledge.
Business development acumen.
Experience in multifamily renovation construction.
Established relationships with development companies.
History of managing project managers, superintendents, and estimators.
Experience working on the contractor's side.
Proficiency in construction contracts and Microsoft Office.
Strong management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Presentable demeanor for client meetings.
Work Environment
The position offers a remote environment with an office composed of 12 people, including the director's team of 7 and an accounting team. The Project Manager will travel to meetings throughout the Seattle,WA area as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
401k, bonus structure of up to 15% of money brought in each year. Full health benefits for employees at start of employment.
