Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects for our local office. The role involves managing a team of project managers, processing RFIs, document control, and supporting long-term planning with the flexibility to visit project sites as needed. You will also assist with estimating smaller projects and oversee project execution for projects valued up to $50 million.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead construction projects for the local office.
Oversee and direct a team of project managers.
Process RFIs and maintain document control.
Support long-term planning and provide site visits as necessary.
Assist with estimating on smaller projects.
Oversee project execution for projects up to $50 million.
Essential Skills
Strong project management and construction management skills.
Experience in multifamily renovation construction.
Established relationships with development companies.
Proven history of managing project managers, superintendents, and estimators.
Experience working on the contractor's side.
Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong business development and management skills.
Experience managing multifamily projects and teams.
Strong communication skills and presentable demeanor.
Work Environment
The position offers a remote work environment with a local office comprising 12 staff members. Seven employees report directly to the Director of Construction, while the remaining are part of the accounting team. You will have an immediate influence on hiring decisions and the types of projects undertaken.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Revolve Construction offers company subsidized medical, dental, and vision benefits on the first of the month after the 30-day introductory period. Individual and family benefit monthly costs depend on the option(s) chosen and would be a monthly payroll deduction.
