Core Description / Role Purpose
Leads and/or participates in departmental planning activities and projects or initiatives. Ensures project activities, tasks, and deliverables are completed successfully---on time, with expected quality, and within budget---while balancing potentially competing departmental priorities and needs. Serves as a subject matter expert in project management processes and an effective communicator to promote and advance project objectives across teams and stakeholders.
Primary Job Duties
Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and complex project documentation using tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Organize and maintain filing systems, webinars, and training materials
Perform complex data entry and data management while ensuring all records and business-sensitive information are developed, handled, distributed, retrieved, and archived appropriately
Collaborate with team members and Comagine Health's contracting and compliance teams to support updates to policies and procedures, as directed
Partner with operations leaders to develop, monitor, and oversee delegated Care Management initiatives, including:
Project scop
