Nordstrom Program Manager 2, NPG Enablement (Hybrid, Seattle) in Seattle, Washington

Job Description

The NPG Enablement team drives business impact through intuitive technology, optimized workflows, and reliable systems that align with evolving needs. Our work spans three pillars: Transform — prioritizing and delivering cross-functional tech initiatives that unlock value and improve how NPG teams work together; Standardize — improving how NPG teams work by documenting processes, establishing best practices, and developing SOPs and training materials; and Sustain — ensuring NPG’s tools and platforms are reliable, scalable, and continually optimized to power daily work. We’re looking for a collaborative, results-oriented individual who is passionate about driving adoption, leading change, and delivering measurable impact through technology-enabled transformation.

This position will support the transformational evolution for the Nordstrom Product Group, with a primary focus on transforming end-to-end production tracking. This person will be responsible for managing complex programs across change management, business deployment, and vendor partner engagement—driving adoption of new ways of working across internal NPG teams and external partners including manufacturers, agents, and factories. This individual is creative, collaborative, and a problem solver who thrives at the intersection of technology, process improvement, and cross-functional partnership. Experience with PLM or supply chain technology platforms is a strong plus.

A day in the life ...

  • Prioritize, scope, and drive execution of complex technology initiatives end-to-end — managing timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.

  • Partner directly with Product Management to define business requirements, drive program vision, and align on delivery priorities. Serve as a key NPG representative in vendor interactions and cross-functional forums with Engineering, Operations, and Enablement teams.

  • Support day to day project management and change management for transformational workstreams while driving alignment with overall program portfolio and ensure project execution supports NPGs long-term strategic vision.

  • Lead discovery sessions with business teams, deliver steering committee and stakeholder updates through both written communications and in-person presentations, and proactively manage escalations to keep initiatives on track.

  • Document, organize, and communicate complex information to cross-functional audiences — both technical and business — including project status, process changes, and strategic recommendations.

    You own this if...

  • 5+ years of program management experience

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful program delivery

  • 4-year degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience

  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships

  • Experience with change management and business deployment for technology-driven programs, including training and rollout to external partners

  • Experience working with external vendor partners such as manufacturers, agents, and/or factories preferred

  • Knowledge of PLM or supply chain technology platforms (e.g., CBX Tradebeyond , FlexPLM) is a strong plus
