This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. As part of a passionate and accomplished team, you will be working at the intersection of program management, engineering, integrated supply chain, finance and quality organizations, improving team effectiveness and coordination, and ensuring that the right people are working together to solve problems and deliver results on time. You willa part of theNew Glenn Stage 2Tanks & Structuresteam, anddirectly support all aspects of project management to include cost, schedule, technical design, risk & opportunity, change management, and coordination with manufacturing. You will use your management skills to identify, propose, and execute process improvements initiatives to efficiently fulfill New Glenn Stage 2 objectives. You will use your project management and engineering skills to organizeschedulesand program plans to ensure development, qualification, and production hardware is delivered and support the New Glenn build flow. You will use your technical background to understand and effectively communicate with Blue Originprogram engineeringandoperationsorganizations. You will be accountablefor planning, executing, and monitoring projects according to strict deadlines as well as integrating with the overall vehicle programs. You will present status, risks & opportunities, variances, and recovery plans to engineering and program management.You will manage the coordination of demand, prioritization, andtimelyexecution of theTanks & Structureshardware builds in concert with multifunctional teams across the country. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Define program operations and production strategies to meet program performance and production objectives Drive operations and production strategies through implementation through assignment of projects and tasks, funding and budget tracking, and integration with key stakeholders Act as the functional lead in all aspects of strategic technical projects and tasks Effectively collaborate with the supporting functions to maintain project schedules Perform and lead others in the execution and facilitation of specific project plans, managing risks, tracking, reporting on status, and resolving blocking issues Work independently towardlong-range objectives without appreciable direction and determine the technical objectives of assignments to develop approaches to solutions Apply program management principles in the development of executable plans andimplementation of creative solutions to complex problem Qualifications: Passion for Blue Origin's mi
