We're looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power division in the *Seattle, WA *metro area. If you're passionate about building relationships, solving technical challenges, and driving growth, this is your opportunity to thrive with a supportive, established team.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory
- Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory
Experience, Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred) is preferred
- 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred)
- Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Computer and technology proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems and related apps.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally overnight
