Job Description Precision Castparts Corp.'s Development Programs are powering the future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two-year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to prepare you for leadership in operations management within our manufacturing facilities. This program is specifically designed for graduating seniors or recent graduates. This position will be in various locations and starts January 2026. They will supervise the remainder of the yearlong rotation. Second year members will be placed at another PCC location doing a similar sequence of rotations in a more complex setting. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as: Operations or Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Systems, Engineering Management, Engineering or related degree. Prior co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work outside standard business hours as needed to meet business or project demands Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle high stress associated with high activity, tight deadlines Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to exerc
