MASTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We're seeking an experienced Master Service Technician to join a high-performing automotive service team. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in diagnostic excellence, quality repairs, and mentoring others while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
- Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Handle engine, transmission, drivetrain, electrical, and hybrid system repairs
- Road test vehicles to confirm quality and safety of repairs
- Document work performed clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with service advisors to explain technical findings when needed
- Support and mentor junior technicians as a technical resource
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications
- Master Technician or equivalent senior-level certification
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems
- Experience with Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti vehicles strongly preferred
- Hybrid and EV experience a plus
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Own professional-grade tools
