MASTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We're seeking an experienced Master Service Technician to join a high-performing automotive service team. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in diagnostic excellence, quality repairs, and mentoring others while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
  • Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools
  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Handle engine, transmission, drivetrain, electrical, and hybrid system repairs
  • Road test vehicles to confirm quality and safety of repairs
  • Document work performed clearly and accurately
  • Collaborate with service advisors to explain technical findings when needed
  • Support and mentor junior technicians as a technical resource
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • Master Technician or equivalent senior-level certification
  • 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems
  • Experience with Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti vehicles strongly preferred
  • Hybrid and EV experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Own professional-grade tools
