Summary
The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the firm's Marketing and Business Development initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility, client engagement, and growth. As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you would drive operational excellence and collaboration throughout the Marketing & Business Development (MBD) department in support of firm priorities. The Marketing Operations Manager ensures team infrastructure (people, processes and technology) is optimized and enables data-driven decision making. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to execute tactically complex, cross-department and interdepartmental initiatives that require strategic coordination and collaboration.
Location
This position can sit in our Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Seattle, Washington DC, or Wilmington office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute on the strategic implementation of sophisticated marketing processes and procedures across several functional areas of the MBD team.
Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Measure, analyze, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Design dashboards and reporting frameworks that facilitate transparency and measure ROI within MBD and with lawyers.
Develop and execute against strategies that establish best practices within the department, while prioritizing lawyer experience.
Design and document end-to-end marketing workflows.
Implementation, continued improvement, and support of MBD's platforms and technology stack (CRM, event platforms, survey tools, ServiceNow).
Collaborate with several teams across the department to optimize workflow and productivity through resource alignment and technology.
Lead system implementations, upgrades, and sunsetting of legacy Marketing Operations tools.
