Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $22 - $22 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Market Operations And Sales Assistant :
Booth Logistics: Assist with unloading equipment and product. Lead the physical setup of the booth (tents, tables, displays) to create an inviting shopping experience
Sales & Engagement: Proactively greet customers, explain product benefits, and process transactions efficiently
Operations: Maintain an organized inventory throughout the day and assist with restocking displays
Breakdown: Efficiently tear down the booth, pack products securely, and reload the vehicle at the end of the market
Available Shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain or heat)
Strength: Must be able to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Sales-Minded: You enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to connect with customers
Punctual & Reliable: You understand that the market doesn't wait-reliability is our #1 requirement
