Our team is looking for an exceptional Manager TIPM (Technical Infrastructure Program Management) to help us build on this mission as the volume of products, services, and locations continues to grow. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in ambiguity, is very customer obsessed, focused on operational excellence and is willing to take high degree of ownership for their program vision and execution of ideas. The ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, make data driven decisions, and apply good judgement to manage escalations, competing priorities, and deliverables is essential to this role. Successful candidates will be able to balance think big with realities of delivering on customer promises today and establish the framework, systems, and mechanisms for tomorrow. They will also have excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, and the ability to break down complex problems with no clear answers (and at times, conflicting data) into simple, innovative solutions and/or clear, measurable implementation plans.
Key job responsibilities
• Serve as people manager and mentor for a team of individual contributors.
• Set up, lead and continuously improve the Supply and Operational Execution (S&OE) delivery capabilities across multiple product/platform service teams
• Leads large-scale people, process, data & system engineering efforts that solve significantly complex or endemic problems.
• Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of supply chain activities.
• Able to look around corners to identify risks/opportunities in technical supply chain strategies, tool architectures and drive appropriate actions as a single threaded owner.
• Develop new analytical models for supply chain solutions.
• Execute strategic business objectives while working with key internal stakeholders to improve the supply chain with the latest internal and external information.
• Prepare and give detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focused on improving dependability, reliability, and consistency for our customers.
• You will be a positive influencer across diverse teams, be able to effectively rally support for your initiatives, and be able to help deeply technical teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals.
• Keys to success in this role include exceptional collaborative influence across functional teams, critical thought analytics, judgment, and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Supply Chain or other related quantitative discipline
Experience managing direct reports
5+ years of experience in technical program management, process improvement, implementation, risk identification and mitigation, and project execution
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in engineering or advanced professional degree
Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer
3+ years professional experience (in high technology or consumer electronics)
Comfortable with ambiguity; ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment as well as a proven track record of earning trust, taking ownership, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5+ years of people management
Experience in data center infrastructure, manufacturing, materials planning, or other related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
