THE WORK:
You’ll lead the delivery of controls services on large, complex construction programs and projects.
You’ll define the controls approach, policies, procedures, and the assignment of roles and responsibilities for the controls team.
You’ll establish reporting formats and reporting solutions in coordination with the client.
You’ll analyze staffing requirements for the controls team and recommend team structures and supplemental resources as needed.
You’ll lead the preparation of the program or project schedule and budget in close coordination with the client and management staff.
You’ll analyze requirements and provide recommendations for program and project control systems and tools.
You’ll manage the controls processes, oversee the preparation of reporting data, and deliver updates to client leadership.
You’ll establish key delivery performance metrics and develop performance‑based reporting.
You’ll establish and maintain internal control safeguards to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
You’ll conduct controls meetings with the client’s executive staff, presenting the results of controls analyses.
You’ll lead the controls team in resolving program and project issues.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
$200,000 - $220,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 6+ years using Oracle/Primavera P6 scheduling software, plus proficiency with program management software such as e-Builder, Unifier, Kahua (preferred)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Must be a self-starter that is reliable, responsive to client needs, professional, and have the ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and other construction related and business professionals and handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness
Thorough understanding and experience working on all phases of project execution from planning/ programming, design, procurement, construction, and close-out
Must understand construction means and methods
Ability to manage a team of staff, of various disciplines, to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlines while motivating teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several assignments
Strong communication (verbal and written) and superior active listening skills
Learning oriented, creative and possess advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects
