Join a dynamic and energetic team as a Production Worker in the heart of downtown at Pikes Place, where you will contribute to the creation of handmade cheese. This role involves significant physical activity, including lifting cheese wheels weighing between 40-60 pounds. The position requires adherence to GMP and FDA regulations, ensuring the quality and safety of our artisan cheese.
Responsibilities
Assist in the production of handmade cheese.
Consistently lift and handle cheese wheels weighing 40-60 pounds.
Follow recipes accurately to maintain product quality.
Label and handle materials efficiently.
Adhere to GMP and FDA safety regulations.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift 40-60 pounds consistently.

Flexibility in working conditions and hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in food manufacturing and general production.

Work Environment

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts running from 3 AM to 1 PM, comprising four ten-hour days including weekends. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr.
