Description
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support key executives in the Annapurna Labs organization at Amazon.
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of one of the most transformative areas in technology. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner and trusted operator—someone who thrives in high-performance environments, demonstrates excellent judgment, and brings exceptional organization and communication skills to complex, fast-moving initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across global time zones, and prioritize scheduling needs with efficiency and discretion. Ensure the executive is well-prepared and focused on the highest-leverage activities.
Track action items, prepare agendas, manage follow-ups, and support execution of key priorities across the leadership team.
Serve as a key liaison between Annapurna Labs and internal and external partner organizations.
Ensure clear and timely communication, alignment, and progress on shared goals.
Own logistics for executive travel, high-impact meetings including leadership offsites, exec reviews, customer briefings, townhalls and internal forums. Ensure experiences are well-run, productive, and professionally executed.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Anticipate needs, act with discretion, and demonstrate sound judgment on behalf of the executive.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
